would you marry anyone that wants to marry you? as the movie title my coworker is living it

my coworker female met a guy at a wedding during the pandemic. he lives in England.. Age appropriate (he is 55 and she is 49) both never been married and they have grown married .

they met last summer at a wedding. he spent 7 day with her at a hotel new years and propose and everyday they are on the phone. the wedding is in December of this year.

i think he is doing this just to say that he is married and the experience and she is playing along .. maybe to make their parents happy to see them walk down the isle

will this relationship work?

 Just a piece of paper ! Who cares they are both lovin it right now let them enjoy what life has to offer maybe there is something to that quick marriage learn something new and grow together ?? up to them to give and take see how it works out ! Might be kinda fun !!

 There is a whole lot of different between fucking for a week in a hotel and talking on the phone everyday than actually being married . long distances romances seldom pan out when it gets to the nitty gritty like is his aim good and does he know to put the toilet seat back down .
