Sure, I imagine those kind of folks are having what they consider a good time. But, there is also the other side - either directly contributing to the continuing “issue” by transmission (symptomatic or otherwise), or indirectly by giving others the impression that, hey, you can be doing this, too. Unfortunately, you are able to see beyond your immediate enjoyment or satisfaction of desires (and I don’t mean just the naked kind). Perhaps that’s the problem with you?  At some point, when this is calmed down to a reasonable degree since it looks like it may not be completely gone for quite some time, the answer to the question of which side of the path through this you travelled might make the willingness to sacrifice some of your personal enjoyment for the sake of a more common good at least more palatable. Or, even laudable. However, it doesn’t really feel like that, now, does it? Funny how often doing the “right thing” can feel like that, isn’t it? -- allgud69xxx Yeah ... that's right ... Aye McJules, I could really do with some stress-relief at the moment......! I don;t think we'll be flying anywhere soon, maybe at the end of the year, but our politicians are still warning against booking summer vacations outside of the UK. And

....a funny thing happened on the way to the old folks home..... you discovered the dual meaning behind .... "People don't give a shit!" ...... imagine it being said with a scowl on you face... one despondent connotation right!....NOW, imagine it being said with a mischievous radiant smile on you face.... completely different connotation, eh! .... .... so, with that being said urban soothsayer, ye has much life left to experience if you throw away the question and replace it with a wink and a "WTF, why not!".... you didn't lose what was always a part of you...perhaps it just got buried in the closet for a while.... time for a clean out the closet party perhaps... and that will be a post that everyone would enjoy reading about..... ...now as for me.... I'm waiting impatiently for the weather to turn for the better so the motorcycles can get back out on the road..... ...carpe diem....

Hola Bella. See this is not fair. You put up a real thought provoking post and then pair it with that pic, which brings back such wonderful memories that who can focus any longer. Ok I’ll give it a shot. One of the big things that Covid has shown us is that our actions not only have consequences for ourselves but for others we adore and others we don’t even know. It’s a lot more simple when we believe that our actions may only have consequences for us, but now, that’s not the case. We ask ourselves “will others pay a consequence if I do this?”. That’s a much bigger responsibility, when that consequence can be the ultimate price. Is it too late for any of us ABSOLUTELY NOT. We are just wiser now and more considerate of others compared to when we were in our 20’s. Things will normalize soon enough and we will come out of all this with a better understanding of the greater good and more compassion for others. Its never too late. You just have to want to do it. Decide what it is you want to do and set yourself up for the experience. I have, I go out for two months on a motorcycle ride. Its something I used to do many years ago when I was young. I am not young now but find it no less exciting. Just do it....

As you my, or may not, know I've driven race cars in the past. My "hero" along those lines is Paul Newman who raced until he was 83. At this point I intend to do so again and I am looking for the right car to do it in. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I have one of those days every time I look into a mirror and wonder who's looking back at me. Is this the same carefree man who did enjoy the wild side of life? He's changed in appearance, but, inside, I'm still hoping to enjoy life. So, to answer your question, yes, that free spirit is still inside you and when you can, I'm hoping you let her out for some hard earned fun and enjoyment. You have earned it and I'm sure, she (you) knows how to embrace life. So, go for the gusto and enjoy when you can. This time in all our lives will come to and end soon. I feel the light is at the end of the tunnel and all we need is a little more patience. If there is anyone who knows how to grab that brass ring and enjoy herself, I would nominate you Jules. [BEver have one of those days where you wonder where that free spirit of yesterday went? That side of yourself that didn't worry or stress, that scoffed in the face of danger and consequences?] I know the feeling. I thought I was bullet proof when I was 21. 20 years later, I will second think anything that could be somewhat dangerous. The free spirit was restrained once I become self-employed and having others rely on me so I can't afford to be out of action. So it's all about coping with stress but trying my best to still have some freedom. Fridays off or half day off. With the weather getting nicer, I will try to go to the beach on my Fridays. It's never too late or passed the point of no return. Just have to be wiser with your fun. Perhaps some day you can come down to Florida and have a weekend at the beach. Roadtrip!

I’m starting to realize that life is short, life is stressful in so many ways and I think the lassiez-faire attitude is the best way to function. We all need stress relief, weather through sports, exercise, going away or getting completely pleasured by hot person in your beds. I’m learning the stress relief laissez faire attitude is what keeps us functioning. A women sitting on my face is a great place to start........
