Another end of a long week as I ponder the connections made on this site. How amazingly fast a connection is made where conversation can quickly build to erotica and even an intimate cyber encounter. It's the medium, I think. There are no negative consequences of engaging a secret hunger; we are just pixels on the screen in many ways. Yet, we become regulars in a chat forum....comfortable with a cadre of chat handles....finding commonality ....finding like minds ....enjoying the bantering, flirting, teasing, exploration into what may have been forbidden in our own realities.

We do become emotionally involved in many ways. Pixels on the screen are personalities...with emotions.....and not just a posted emoticon.....

So yes, we connect...some may even meet-up. I suspect many do. And when we do, we secretly hope the online chemistry translates to the physical where a touch, a kiss, a hug, a conversation becomes something more than.... or maybe not...Regardless, it's the journey, is it not.
