Gold Member Scam

Has anyone been noticing this scam. This scam details a gold member with one picture and very little profile information. You will either message this person or they message you and than give you their email.

Once you email them they will send a bunch of info, send you pictures and than ask to cam with you which will require payment (if they were real I mean there's plenty of free options so this should easily be a dead give away). I am just wondering if I am the only one noticing this or if others have noticed it as well.

 I have had that happen while I was a gold member I just delete them . I stopped pay for gold yesterday because of so many fake people on here .

 it's been going on for well over a year now.That's how bad business must be if they have to resort to this kinda crap. I block em.This once fun website is flooded now with fakes and scammers,mostly young latinos who solicit points and go on cam from fake locations. Quite pathetic.It's got so bad that there isn't any real reason to support this website anymore by paying for a GOLD membership....and this website let it happen.They have no other person t o blame but themselves.

 Women’s profiles are not always gold but the site does give free gold memberships to those that are considered very ‘active’. Anyone redirecting you to an offsite cam is a scam or ‘web cam pro’ expecting you to pay for the privilege of viewing. Ignore, report or delete.

Yep that’s what happens and they always want to talk via email offsite. I have had four emails all the exact same in appearance and context. Than they ask for the cam site and I immediately know that’s a no go and easy scam, so I mainly made this blog to talk about it more.

 Yes it has happened to me many times. They IM you with an email address. It's a scam. They will either direct you to a website or they will chat with you and then eventually want money.
