There have always been members here who believe they are more equal than others. I wonder if the writer would be prepared to share the secret to avoiding missing words since she often says her only wish is to help all members of the site solve their problems. When the post was originally linked by another it was unavailable....presumably hidden....it became available a few hours later. Perhaps that is the secret....write a post....hide it till it is past the possibility of being picked up by the site program and then unhide it. I must test this out!!!  ~~Anais Nin~~

Hello Dio & Guests, Thank you for the lovely shout out. Very Kind of you. I believe Scott said it right...I used word pad to type it all out, off site..I wanted to be clear in my vision and words..I used to take the Kids from my Daycare to the library so they could use pc's in the library and I'd use one next to them and learned the horrible lesson of writing something in your email only to have it vanish.. SexySixties, I do not know if that is some cure for this issue but I'd like to think so..I just typed it up and then re read/edited/added to it and when I logged in, I hit post..After having heard of the missing words issue I fully expected mine would do the same. The issue I dealt with is the placement of photos..I kept editing & changing yet I still ended up with repeat photos.. As far as the shared issue..I logged off site before I saw the message asking permission to share it..If someone wanted to share it to open a conversation without insults, awesome,,When I logged in the next day I saw she had indeed shared it. Having lost emails I'd written at the library, I now know to back everything up and keep copies of what I've written. I hope some of this information helps.. I've tried all manner of methods to avoid the words being mined from my posts. It was once explained to me by the Support guys (I'm not criticising at all here, those guys do an amazing job, especially at the moment) that the site operates vetting software which flags certain letters or combinations which then triggers automatic removal, but I've never understood how for example the word 'to' could ever be flagged for removal. There's no particular pattern to this and as far as I can see it affects everyone, even when a doc' editor is used off site. I have a theory that it depends on which of the site servers your posts run through at the time of uploading, but I've nothing to back that up, it's just a hunch. All part of the fun of being on a.f.f...........

ya know Dio this words glitch has had a site bug number since May 5/18 and it is still not fixed. Bobshere4you in neighboring NH left the site as he got nowhere with them after 2 months. Too bad he was a very interesting blogger and the site monkeys just dont care. I have rams of complaints from bloggers that are very specific in what is happening to them. I snail mailed them to Support and I got no reply- kind of a waste if my time (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Back in March 2019, BobsHear4You invited a bunch of bloggers to get on board and solve the missing words and numbers issue. The bug number created was; CD-46151 For anyone who signed up with him, their issues have disappeared. I believe that CD-46151 has been closed. However, for anyone wanting to resolve their current issues what is required is a group effort and a reference to that original bug # CD-46151 There is no magic or preference to the varied success of the A F F IT department. It just takes some perseverance and patience. Someone has to take the initiative and spend some time on the phone with them. My suggestion would be to call and immediately request to speak with someone in IT with respect to #CD-46151. That will save you a lot of time trying to explain something to that person who INITIALLY answers the phone. The IT people are in CA and they're usually very helpful. Hello Dio, Thank you for your reply. I saved your reply and am writing this reply from me on wordpad..I keep asking about the missing letters and words in blog posts. I will bring it up again and see if we have any movement on a possible fix. I know how annoying it can be to work so hard to pull a post together only to see it shot to hell, so to speak. The spirit of the To Shame or NOT to Shame post was written to remind members that it has never been okay to shame, bully or abuse members.. If a member uses a chat room, advice line, writes an erotic story or a blog post that goes against the TOU and slams a member or a group of members than a member can and should report it for being abusive. The Site will look into it and the proper authorities will deal with it. I know your guests/friends on your blog have very deep & angry feelings for a number of members of this site.. There are no rules here about liking everyone here ..but at least respect the members and ignore the ones you dislike or can not get along with..I mean after all..If you dislike someone enough to risk being banned from the site ..why would you want to make them more well known or popular by attacking them so frequently ? If someone said the things you all have about a friend, loved one or family member of yours how would you feel ?? Think before you type an insult and imagine your wife or Mother is the recipient of the insult..Not a very nice image it it ?? Plus I received a LOT of angry messages in regards to the constant abuse..the weight, the looks, teeth and even mental health ? THIS is why I wrote the Shame post..What was NOT going to be tolerated years ago against our LBGTQ community will NOT be accepted now against members you & your guests have negative feelings about. I actually laughed when I saw the member in question use the nickname I created when we first began talking..We are both redheads and petite..she has a temper and I have one too...so I called us Red Pepper Pots, found an image of it and it stuck. I did not see it as a threat to anyone because I do not resort to threatening people (as some of your guests have engaged in ). I would suggest since I do not speak for the member in question, you might send her a message and ask Her yourself. I thought she was trying to reassure the members your posts upset & her readers that she was not going to leave. To me having things covered means you have members backs and refusing to let the site slink into this kind of grotesque muck & mire ..I am so sorry her use of a term upset you & your guests. I suggest you ask her to explain in the easiest way to understand what her motivation for the use of the term/sentence that scared you all so badly. Let me ask you...Say that You are known as someone members rely on for help & advice and have for many years..I have helped members fix their profile, helped when they lost their profile, guided them to the right depts when things did not work right or when other members began a harassment campaign against them..You have the knowledge at hand to make sure new members, male and female , could be kept safe by keeping a list of the members you have seen causing problems, threats, abuse, lying and engaging in bullying behavior ..and making sure new members are aware so they can choose for themselves who they wish to interact with and who they would not want to be anywhere near or around. Plus these kind of members would benefit the site greatly. Members who can think and make decisions based on the information to keep Everyone safe including themselves. Why if everyone is suddenly " innocent "is this a sudden concern for You or your guests ? Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing..Just like writing a blog about a persons choices in sexual partners and then being slammed for writing it..so does that mean in your mind that Freedom of speech only works for those who insult or abuse ? Unlike your guests I am not disciminating against anyone..Freedom of speech is one thing...Abusive behavior on the site, attacking members and writing blogs constantly so you & your guests can make fun of another member or members who might have the very same issues you threw in that members direction..That is NOT now or ever will be tolerated. THIS is why I wrote that Shame Blog. Thanks to that member & Yourself for sharing/ bringing it so much attention.. Thank you for asking me to explain and giving me time/space to do so. What about all the blogs one has written about u and I ....but i cant repost them as it would break TOU rules....what about the constant complaints and reports i have filed that get ignored....the name calling the trying to shame me the threats to myself and other women that talk to her many exclusive lovers too many to count have left for the same members antics....tell me how can so many of us members be wrong about one specific member and lastly why was a vid i had posted given to said member to spread rumors and vile words about my private parts? And where might that video b now?obviously said member was blocked so y does the site even allow pics or vidz to be downloaded from a members profile? I know it may seem that I am overly suspicious but humour me here....advancing years and experience have taught me that being suspicious is no bad thing. Following my gut instinct has rarely proved me wrong. Secondly....I am moving on now to deal with other comments you have made here. You are making some unwarranted assumptions. I....like you....cannot speak for anyone else but I can assure you that I have no "very deep and angry feelings" for any members of this site. I only use the site to blog....there are bloggers I like and bloggers I avoid....much the same as most people here I guess. I take the same meaning to the phrase having things covered as others here do. However as any previous messages I have sent your TPP have resulted in her posting about me I'm afraid I shall have to pass on asking her to elaborate on the meaning as she used it. I will say though that it hasn't scared me at all. I was bullied on this site for 2 years....and survived. Nothing anyone does or says here scares me now. I am disappointed that someone who prides herself on having the interests of all members at heart should be determined to hear only one side of the story. You admit that you and she have tempers associated with red hair....there have been many occasions when she has allowed that temper to override manners and respect for others on the site. Finally, we are all entitled to our opinions and my opinion of ANYONE here compiling a list of bloggers who in THEIR opinion have caused trouble here in order to tell other bloggers (new or not) who they should avoid is as follows. a) I am horrified that anyone would even think such a thing let alone mention it publicly on the site. Such an action is guaranteed to cause trouble. b) Compiling such a list and suggesting it is used in such a way seems to me to be in itself a breach of the TOU. as in...""you further agree not to use the Services to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening,"" threatening being the operative word here. Just my opinion of course....whether it would be considered to be a breach by the site is another matter. My gut instinct suggests not! Have a good week and stay safe. ~~Anais Nin~~

Thank you for sharing your thoughts/concerns with Me..Please believe me after hearing from so many members who were upset at the derogatory posts slamming members for their looks etc, I have heard all sides..I have also heard every insulting thing one can say about anyone directed at me..I have even heard some very sad comments you said about me personally to my friends..You are entitled to your opinion of course as we all are.You do not know me and I do not know you, Nor have I ever said anything about you in a negative light. ..As I told Lindo, I just volunteer to help members have an easier time of it on this site..I was told that posts that caused all this mess are not allowed. The Pandemic raging, folks working overseas or from home, less workers working right now means things like this slip through the cracks. If everyone would leave every other member alone and stop with the negativity it would be awesome..If you see a post or a comment that offends you or others or that you feel is against the TOU I suggest you report it and keep reporting it until an employee removes it. If you do not like someone, feel free to put them on your ignore list and avoid interacting. That is why these posts all about another member and taking turns insulting her or abusing her & laughing about it makes no sense..Why bring more attention to her or her blog/posts if you do not like her or agree with her point of view ? Why not ignore her ?? Is it really that difficult ? YOU can always report any posts you find abusive. Isn't that a better way to handle things ? As far as any list I choose to be involved with that is of course my own business...If you received hundreds of emails complaining about the same 4 names over and over again ..and tired of explaining the same thing over & over..1) NO, I do not know these members..2) NO , I do not know why they keep attacking members 3) YES, I understand there is abuse on site 4) YES, you can report them to the site.. 5) YES, they can be banned for life for posting abusive things like thus,,6) COPY,PASTE,REPORT AND IGNORE.. Oh and the Redhead temper/PepperPot thing was and is a Joke..I guess those of us that folks dislike do not have the same rights as the rest of you to make jokes ..Good to know. Dear Dio, Happy Mon. Thank you for your reply and your feelings about me visiting or viewing your blog. I appreciate you taking the time to reply. You are right..You & your blog guests thought the posts were hilarious and other members and myself did not..Everyone is entitled to what they want to think or feel/become upset with. All I can do and have done is to let the site know about the complaints I have received and continue to receive and let them make the decision about TOU violations. You of course did not compose or post your work for me to notice or comment on and perhaps me commenting on it has stopped other members from doing so.
