 I haven't voted yet because I don't know if you're asking for peoples own experience, or for the actual natural best age range for men and women?

Because for men , by nature, is teens into his 20's. For women, sex had in her teens and twenties is better for giving healthier births...but for women have sex for her pleasure that would be late 30's to mid 40's.
