Recent articles about Brazil make it sound inviting for travel or retirement. not just Rio, but also cities inland. Anyone have experience with Brazil to share?

San Diego real estate overpriced

Looked at some condos in San Diego. Very high priced. Recent articles warn that San diego is one of the most overpriced areas in the US along with Boston and Washington DC!
Not many can afford $750,000 to $1 Million for a two bedroom condo! Way too risky to get into now in my opinion.
I will wait a few years and try to buy after the crash.

Reading some profiles and getting depressed.
Pretty sad when even the married women won't have married guys for a lover! Married guys are good lovers and have a track record. Come on, play fair!
Besides, like Avis, they try harder. Such prejudice!

Well it seems trying to find a lover who wants recreational sex is such a long shot here for a male, I am starting to conclude maybe I should just hire a lover. Pay for sex. More efficient. Less illusion and less headache.
Or I could become a gay porn actor. I watched a Pornucopia show which claimed most of the male porn actors were straight but just did it for the higher wages! Might not be so bad to have sex and get paid!
Terrible things one has to contemplate. Even married males deserve hot sex too!
Have I fallen so low as to beg for mercy fucks? So sad.

Sex discrimination benefits women, as they sometimes forget. An example:
Wife was stopped for rolling through a stop. She acts like a little girl and gets off with a warning. Just two months ago I did the same rolling stop and got a ticket!
This is the fourth warning she has received. I have never gotten a warning, only tickets.
Life is unfair, you just forget how unfair!

I am a big fan of the right type of communication. I do not want to know about your former lovers. I want to know how you like to make love now!
Some women have this illusion that a true soul mate can read her mind. Not true. Guys can be obtuse. Just say what you want and that increases the odds you will get it!
Men also need to speak up! I do and it works sometimes!

Watched two classic Preston Sturges movies on TCM last night: The Palm Beach Story and Sullivan's Travels. Both wonderful, although I prefer Sullivan's Travels.
Joel McCrea did a good job in both. He is underrated inmy book. He was great in Foreign Correspondent and the Magnificent Ambersons.
Claudette Colbert was lovely in Palm Beach Story. Preston wrote and directed; he wanted to explore the comedic potential of the notion that beautiful women can get anything without any money or job, they just need to be friendly to rich men. Still true!
Veronica Lake was very attractive in Sullivan's Travels. When the movie was first released she was so hot they marketed the film based solely on her! The film has lots of soul about humor's role in comforting humanity. The indictment of Southern justice is also very cutting to me.
Reminds me why I love old black and white classic movies. Better than most new stuff.

Been having fun speculating in small stocks. Take a look at snfx (+30% today) and cpst (+20% today)! These stocks have been doing wild things. Not for the faint of heart, not for major amounts of money, and not for long term holding, in my opinion.
If you can buy low and sell after a runup you can make a ton of money and have lots of fun! I prefer to do a small amount of short term trading in my pension account so I do not pay taxes on short term gains. Nice to defer taxes for a few decades! Another form of safe sex!

Watched a great concert film on HD.TV: Roy Orbison in black and white. He had Bruce Springsteen and Elvis Costello backing him up along with KD Lang and Bonnie Raitt as backing singers! Great songs, so mellow and sensual.
Sad that Roy was not better looking or he would have been appreciated more.
I love "Only the Lonely", "I dream of you" and "Pretty Woman".
I also liked the Traveling Wilbury's two cds with his great contribution.

Audrey Tattou was fab in this hyper-reality pic Amelie! Recently watching Moulin Rouge got me thinking again how much i enjoyed this Amelie movie.
The director storyboarded every instant and created this dreamlike fantasy.
film making as an adventure in another reality!
Audrey is channeling Audrey Hepburn is some ways, but perhpas it is just the continental thing.
See it if you have not!
