Two More Images I Asked AI to Consider

Another round of me asking Microsoft Copilot AI “What is wrong with this image?” (See my post Asked and Answered - by Microsoft Copilot AI for the previous round.)

It is important to note that this is a picture of an actual clock, not an altered image (except by me for sizing to post here). This backwards-running clock on Bolivia's Parliament building is not just a quirky timepiece; it is a symbol of the country's political defiance and identity. Installed in 2009 during Evo Morales' presidency, it represents Bolivia's desire to break free from traditional systems and challenge the Western-dominated political and economic systems that had historically oppressed its indigenous population. The clock's reversal was seen as a bold political statement, reflecting Bolivia's history of resistance and its commitment to reform and sovereignty.

But here is what AI said about it. At first glance, nothing is dramatically wrong, the building and clock look intact, but there is one detail that stands out once you look closely - the clock shows an impossible time. The hands are positioned at 3:30, but the hour hand is pointing exactly at the 3, not halfway between 3 and 4. At 3:30, the hour hand should be halfway between the numbers.

I don’t agree with AI on what time the clock is showing (I see it as 2:29/2:30). I also don’t agree that the hour hand is not positioned correctly for a half-hour time. BUT on top of that, I think AI missed the larger issue that the whole thing is backwards! 😂

Again, this is the shot as I found it. I did not alter it in any way (other than sizing it for display here). Look closely and I think you’ll the problem.

Here is what AI said about it. There’s a pretty glaring issue in the sign’s wording. The large “PRIVATE PROPERTY – KEEP OUT – PROSECUTORS WILL BE VIOLATED” sign contains a grammatical mix‑up that completely changes the meaning. It looks like whoever made it intended to say something like “Trespassers will be prosecuted.” Instead, the sign threatens to violate prosecutors, which is obviously not what they meant and turns the warning into accidental dark humor.

AI surely did better here, though perhaps this was a “Deliverance” kind of thing and makers of the sign meant exactly what the sign says. 😮.
