We all know there is a hugely disproportionate ratio of men to women on this site (and if you don't know that, you've been deluding yourself). And yes, there are fake profiles (created by bots or the site) and plenty of people who simply want online attention and never intend to meet. But for those of us who are real and do (occasionally) meet in person, the online communications can get tedious. I'm not just talking about the lack of complete sentences, text speak and unsolicited photos... a lot of frustration in those regards might be mostly my personal preferences. It's the guys who are convinced that because they say hello, because you respond that it means you are immediately interested and obviously want to meet somewhere soon (even if they live a few hours away!). And it's two opposite types who do this - men who are so full of themselves and think they're god's gift to the world and men who are desperate and lonely and latch on to any human contact they can get. And both types are equally annoying! First off, you're not a gift to anyone, get over yourself (if you were all that, you wouldn't be trolling on a sex site). Secondly, desperation is such a turn off and trying to guilt a woman into meeting is pathetic. Yes, people are here for sex, whether it's to talk or watch or meet for it. But maybe think about how a woman realistically wants to be approached and treated before hitting that send button.
