Did you get to see the full moon?
My Tuesday was low key. I stripped the guest room down and started the laundry.
One of my new Dahlia's finally bloomed! It is the darkest purple I have ever seen face to face on a flower. There are more buds on that plant as well as more on another plant. I'm excited.
I planted a couple dozen new tubers and bulbs this year. The only ones that came up are the Dahlia's. Pphhhffftt. I will buy more Dahlia's next year and skip the Peonies.
Tacos for dinner, of course. It's Tuesday!!

I did see the beautiful, brilliant full moon, that started low on the horizon. It’s always mesmerizing to watch it’s slow ascent.
Always good when hard work pays off, and a bummer when it does not.
It's a great flower shot regardless of any color issues - we would have never known.
It makes me ponder lighting and if my eye is deceiving me

I saw the strawberry moon tonight on my way home from a meeting! I almost didn't see it as it was obscured by the humidity hanging in the thick night air! It looked pretty distant as well.
I didn't check the distance. It wasn't too big this month

@PonyGirl1965 tonight it was big as it was rising! It was redish orange as well. They were saying the the sands from the Sahara desert are blowing in our direction at a high altitude!
