My days and nights are screwed up from this last time change. I've been going to bed way too early and waking up at three and 4 o'clock in the morning. I feel like I'm just gonna get into it and not even try to go back to sleep at that time. I take trazodone because I have issues with my feet and it helps me to relax and fall to sleep and wake up after a good eight hours without feeling hung over. It is a prescription drug.
This time change will be a killer for me this year because I don't do well with it getting dark so early. I've always had a problem at 5 o'clock wanting to fall asleep because I don't like to do anything exciting when it's dark out well except for sex, maybe lol. I do believe that February and March will probably be a problem for me. That's why I have chosen to probably do my surgery in February now because I can't think of anything better than just chilling for the first few weeks and not feeling like I need to be doing something

Yeah, I’ve thought for years that the people in charge had it backwards.
I don't like the clocks going back (or forward).
I've only been to England once. It was back in 1990 and my ex-husband and I went with his family. I remember it well because it was in March and at that time I believe the clocks turned back a week earlier and London then they did at home. So somehow in that whole craziness, I ended up losing one whole hour of our lives literally lol. Anyhow, I don't like that. We are still doing this. We should evolve and just live our lives according to the way the world turns. I know that Arizona for example has never had daylight savings time. Getting dark at 5 o'clock and sometimes starting even earlier is just so difficult on so many people. And then when it's cold and it starts getting dark that seasonal effective disorder just brings me down. I'm hoping for a positive February.
