I've been lucky enough to put a couple women into what I call a "Super Orgasmic State." After having several orgasms, they get to a place where it takes very little to bring on additional ones. As an example, in this state, I was recently able to bring a woman to orgasm multiple times with just nipple stimulation.
I'd like to share my theory for how to reach SOS, and look forward to comments from people who have tried and/or experienced it.
My Theory
The key to multiple orgasms in short succession, has to do with the few seconds after an orgasm. Everything (especially the clit) gets super sensitive instantly after orgasm. This is when direct contact is uncomfortable. It's when the woman will push you away if you continue to pick her clit.
I should note, the intensity of the orgasm is a factor here. Sometimes milder orgasms also don't result in as much sensitivity. This may be the more common factor in "traditional" multiple orgasms. In other words, she has 3-4 small ones, followed by a big one, and fun time is over.
What we're after here is additional big orgasms in short order. A strong orgasm every minute or two.
The trickiest time is after the first big orgasm. This is when the natural tendancy (for the woman as well as the man) is to stop. We're done. If you can, instead, massage the pussy (without directly touching the clit), you can start things moving again. After a couple more orgasms, it's enough to just stop moving your tongue, while making it flat and firm on the clit. This allows her to start moving when that friction doesn't feel uncomfortable.
As she starts to get into this state, the clit will remain somewhat sensitive. You need to be constantly aware of not over-stimulating it.
Sometimes the g-spot stimulation will feel less "nervy" and is another route for providing the right level of sexual stimuli.
Beyond the nipple orgasms, I was also able to massage the outside of her pussy with my whole hand and bring her to orgasm.
She said the nipple orgasm is a completely different kind of experience. Kind of mild and relaxing.
I've only put one or two other women in this state. I can't be 100% sure about one because we didn't test her state with "non-traditional" strategies to make her cum. She was having an orgasm every minute or two, so I suspect, she was in the same state.
Key takeaway: Carefully adjust the amount (mostly reduce) of stimuli (as well as what you are stimulating) as she continues to have orgasms.
As I said, I just have a theory at this point. It could be there's another aspect of it that I'm missing and/or it doesn't work for most women. Please comment with questions, insights, or suggestions.

I have an FWB who is now able to very quickly reach the super orgasmic state. For the last couple of dates she reached orgasm within less than 5 minutes of me walking in the door.
