It finally happened (Part 1)

The wait was over. Here he stood, ready to ring that bell, but after so many months waiting for this moment, his heart was pounding. He had thought about this scenario for so long. Those long nights, texting, chatting, exposing his inner thoughts, he always thought he would be strong at this point, but suddenly a wave of anxiousness swept through his body. No, I will be strong, he told himself, she had also exposed her inner thoughts, he had been left in doubt what she wanted from him, no, needed!!! All sorts of thoughts were now going through his mind, he knew her voice, he knew how she thought and how she viewed life and the world in general.
