Looking For Intelligent People

'Ello, All! Merry Meet!
I have noticed that many are looking for someone who is intelligent and say so in their "What are you looking for" segment. The trouble is, how do you know? I am reminded of Jethro in the Beverly Hillbillies. "I'm gonna be a brain surgeon!" he would say. Unfortunately, saying so does not make it real. So, if you can't find who you logged on to talk to or just can't seem to connect with anyone tonight or even if you just enjoy a good conversation, drop on by. Hopefully we cn get some interesting and thoughtful threads going. I do politely request that we stay away from politics and religion. They each already have their own blogs, and I would like to maintain a more congenial atmosphere here. Of course, the usual group rules go here as well. Any rude, mean or hateful comments will be deleted and the poster banned from this group.
