New to this whole thing but a little about me. I enjoy going to the gym some call me a gym junkie now I have lost a lot of weight over the year and out on a lot of muscle pretty proud of my self I like to go to the gym 5-7 days a week no slacking pretty determined. I eat about 6-7 times a day now due to my fast metabolism that I have built up. I can someone cook you probably won't like it it's mostly healthy gym food. I usually have a cheat day twice a week and usually involves pizza gluten free of course. On my days off from work I'm usually hanging out with friends playing a lot of basketball or washing my new car I bought not to long ago and sometimes play video games if time allows me to
